KNEADERS TO DIE FOR STUFFING
If you live near a Kneaders bakery, their stuffing recipe is the way to go! Stuffing made with Asiago Cheese Croutons is out of this world! If you don't live near a Kneaders and can find Asaigo cheese bread to make your own croutons you will definately want to give this recipe a try. I do add to their original recipe, cooked pork sausage, but either way it is good! It takes about 3 pkgs of croutons for a 9 X 13. I am guessing it is 9 cups.

Steps:
- Place croutons in large bowl.
- Brown celery and onion in butter, add pepper and chicken broth.
- In another skillet brown sausage.
- Pour vegetable mixture and sausage over croutons.
- If the mixture is not wet enough add ¼ to ½ cup of water or chicken broth.
- Cover and bake at 375° for 25 to 35 minutes.

- In a medium saucepan, brown onion and celery in butter. Add broth to onion mixture Add croutons to broth mixture. (if mixture is too dry, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of broth) Pour stuffing mixture into 9x13 baking pan and cover with tinfoil. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes
HOMEMADE KNEADERS CHUNKY CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST & CARAMEL SYRUP
Chunky cinnamon bread and caramel syrup make this french toast taste out of this world!

- For the french toast: Preheat an electric griddle to 375 degrees F. In a shallow baking dish, mix eggs, milk, brown sugar, salt and vanilla. Melt butter evenly across your griddle. Dip each slice of bread into egg mixture and coat completely on each side. Place coated bread on hot griddle and turn until lightly browned on each side. [i]Optional: serve with whipped cream and strawberries on top.[/i]
- For the caramel syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine all syrup ingredients over medium heat. Whisk together until smooth and sugar has completely dissolved. Serve warm over french toast.
COPYCAT KNEADERS RASPBERRY BREAD PUDDING RECIPE
This Copycate Kneaders Raspberry Bread Pudding is so easy to make and full of amazing flavor. It comes together quickly and makes the perfect breakfast or dessert.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine cream, sugar, egg and vanilla and beat until well combined.
- Cut bread into 1 1/2 inch cubes and add to cream mixture, coating the bread well.
- Let bread sit in cream mixture for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to allow cream to absorb.
- In another bowl mix the raspberries, sugar and apple juice. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Layer in a 9x13-inch baking pan 3/4 of the bread mixture.
- Pour fruit filling over the bread spreading evenly.
- Top with remaining bread.
- Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees F.
- Serve warm topped with vanilla cream sauce.
- To make the sauce, melt butter in medium saucepan and add flour. Stir 10 minutes until it has a nutty aroma, but make sure not to brown.
- Add salt, cream and sugar and stir until mixture becomes thick.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Serve warm over the pudding.
