Kiwi Fizz Food
KIWI FIZZ
A simple combination of water and fresh fruit, this cold drink is light and refreshing, perfect for hot summer days. Plus, it's ready in just 5 minutes. To make quick work of peeling the kiwi, just cut the fruit in half crosswise and use a metal spoon to scoop the flesh out and into the blender. It's easier and a lot less messy. You could also substitute other fruit. Try strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or peaches. Add sugar or artificial sweeteners, if you would like a sweeter drink. You can puree the fruit ahead and store it in the fridge, but pour the sparkling water in just before serving so it keeps its bubbles.
