Kisses Cookies Cream Chocolate Fudge Food

BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM KISS CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Steps:

• Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
• Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
• Mix together.
• Roll dough into balls and bake for 8 minutes.
• Remove from the oven and press a Hershey kiss into the center of each cookie.

COOKIES 'N' CREAM FUDGE

Steps:

• Line an 8-in. square dish with aluminum foil; coat with cooking spray. Place half of the broken cookies in pan. , In a heavy saucepan, combine the milk, butter and chips; cook and stir over low heat until chips are melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. , Pour over cookies in pan. Sprinkle with remaining cookies and peppermint candies if desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into squares.

KISS COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
• In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Beat in the egg until well blended then stir in the flour. Roll the dough into small balls. Roll each ball in egg white then roll in chopped nuts to coat. Place cookies onto the prepared cookie sheet and make an indention in the center with your finger.
• Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until the edges turn golden. While cookies are hot press a chocolate kiss into the center indention. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.

HERSHEY'S KISSES FUDGE

Steps:

• 1. Put kisses and marshmallow creme in large boiler and set aside. Combine butter, evaporated milk and sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Boil on medium heat 8 minutes only. Don't overcook. Pour this mixture over kisses and marshmallow creme. This will melt the kisses. Stir quickly. Add nuts and put waxed paper on baking sheet and spread and cut squares. Makes approximately 70 pieces.
