- Bring the oven to 350 degrees F. Using a meat hammer (or any other appropriate kitchen utensil) tenderize the meat on each side. Place meat side by side on a baking sheet lined with Reynold's aluminum foil. Season the pork with salt and pepper and then spread sliced onions on top. Spread Hellman's mayonnaise over meat and onion and then top with Kraft shredded cheese. Bake 35-45 minutes until cheese is bubbly on top and meat is cooked through to about 165.

SUPER CRISPY PORK CHOPS
These super crispy pork chops are everything you could want out of a pork chop! The breading is light and flavorful but still super crispy thanks to the use of some panko bread crumbs and a secret ingredient.

- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and place a wire baking rack on top.
- Combine the bread crumbs and seasonings in a large ziplock bag and add 2 tbsp of the mayonnaise to the crumb mixture. Close the bag and mix the mixture with hands until the mayo is incorporated. Dump the crumbs into a pie plate or other high rimmed plate.
- Coat each pork chop with about 1 tablespoon of mayo, or just until all surfaces are covered. Then, working with one chop at a time, use your fingers to thoroughly coat all sides with the crumb mixture. Place coated pork chops on your prepared wire rack.
- Bake the pork chops until the coating is golden brown and cooked through ( between 140-145 degrees Fahrenheit). It took mine about 20 minutes. Let the chops rest for 5-10 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute and get happy.

- Heat oven to 210C/190C fan/gas 7. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the chops all over, seasoning as you go. It's important to brown the fat as well as the meat, so prop the chops up in the pan on their fatty bits so they get coloured too. You're not cooking the chops all the way through. Transfer them to a shallow ovenproof dish in which they fit snugly in a single layer.
- Heat the butter in the pan and sauté the onions over a low heat until they're really soft and pale gold. This will take about 15 mins, so keep going. Stir the mustard and the thyme into the onions.
- Spread the onion mixture thickly over each chop and press the breadcrumbs on top. Put in the oven for 20 mins, or until the tops are golden brown and the pork is cooked through.

- Season both sides of pork chops with seasoning blend and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet, brown meat in margarine on each side over medium-high heat. Add the tea, celery, onion and soy sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender., Remove meat to serving dish.
