Steps:
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil on medium-high heat.
- Add the diced potatoes, toss them around the pan in the oil, then sprinkle Lawery's salt, and pepper over potatoes to taste.
- Let the potatoes cook for 10 minutes, while the potatoes are cooking slice the peppers into strips, then add them to the potatoes keep cooking the potato and pepper mix for another 10-15 minutes or until everything is cooked.
- After adding the peppers to the skillet, start dicing the Kielbasa, I usually cut it into a couple chunks, then slice lengthwise then width-wise.
- Add the diced Kielbasa to the pepper and potato mix with about 5 cooking minutes left on the potatoes and peppers. Since the Kielbasa is precooked, you are just heating up the Kielbasa.

- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute kielbasa and red pepper in oil for 3 minutes or until pepper is crisp-tender. , Drain tortellini. Stir tortellini and Alfredo sauce into skillet; heat through. Garnish with tomato.

- Kielbasa is already cooked just heat it up on stove-top and cook to what you like. Cook pasta as directed on box.
- After you have cooked the kielbasa, add Alfredo sauce, bacon and olives to heat up.
- As soon as pasta is finished, drain and place back in pan. Add the kielbasa mixture to pasta, toss around and serve.

FETTUCCINE WITH SHRIMP AND KIELBASA
This is a dish combing several of my favorite foods and since I don't do cheese Fettuccine isn't just for Alfredo anymore!

Steps:
- Cook the Fettuccine per directions drain, and set aside.
- Saute the shrimp in 2 TBS butter and the garlic powder till no longer opaque set aside.
- Saute the onions and kielbasa in the remaining butter until the onions turn brown andd set aside.
- Sauce make a roux with the margerine flour salt pepper and intalitan seaoning.
- Mix in cxhicken broth and bring to a boil.
- add the heavy cream and basil, bring to a boil then turn heat down until desired thickness.
- Place all the parts into a stock pot under med heat and blend in all the parts until well mixed and serve.

- In a large pot melt butter then add in minced garlic. Allow to cook for 1-2 minutes then whisk in flour. Whisk together until flour and butter are combined.
- Whisk in chicken broth and half and half. Add salt and pepper and whisk for 5 minutes until thickened. Add Parmesan and 1 cup mozzarella and stir until cheese is melted.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Add cooked pasta to a casserole dish and pour over homemade warm Alfredo sauce and mix. Slice kielbasa and place it in the casserole dish. I mixed in half of mine and placed the rest on top. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle on parsley. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve and enjoy!
