1 package (12 ounces) English muffins, split and toasted
1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

Place muffins on an ungreased baking sheet. Spread with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with the beef and cheese. Bake at 425° for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups (8 ounces) part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps:

Roll or pat biscuits into 2-1/2 in. circles. Place on greased baking sheets. In a small bowl, combine the tomato sauce, onion, oregano, basil and garlic powder; spread over the biscuits. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
