PEANUT BUTTER RICE KRISPIES
These no-bake peanut butter "rice krispie" treats are not only sugar-free, but they're chewy, crunchy, and delicious. The perfect low-carb sweet treat.

Steps:
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper, set aside.
- In a large pot set over medium heat, combine the butter, peanut butter, and sweetener. Cook for 3-4 minutes until melted and smooth. Turn off heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Stir in coconut flakes, granola, and Perfect Keto bar pieces.
- Press and flatten this mixture into the prepared lined baking pan.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a small bowl. Microwave on high in 20 second increments until smooth.
- Pour chocolate over bars. Place in the fridge or freezer for 20-30 minutes until set.

Steps:
- Line a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with foil. Lightly spray the foil with vegetable spray.
- Mix sugar and corn syrup in 3 quart sauce pan until mixture boils.
- Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter; mix well until melted.
- Add Rice Krispies, stirring until all are coated.
- Add 1 cup of mini chocolate chips and stir to distribute throughout. (Don't worry if they melt).
- Press into pan. Sprinkle remaining cup of chocolate chips over the top and press down slightly.
- Cool. Lift foil out of pan and cut into squares.
- I have found a pizza cutter works great for cutting them.

Steps:
- Melt margarine or butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Add Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated.
- Add in desired amount of peanut butter chips and stir.
- Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into a 9x13 coated with cooking spray. Cut into squares when cooled.

Steps:
- Mix peanut butter, Karo syrup, and sugar in a pot, and bring to a slight boil. Stir until creamy.
- Take mixture off the burner, and mix with Rice Krispies cereal.
- Spread mixture in 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together in microwave (start with 1-2 minutes, then, stirring intermittently, 30-second intervals until melted).
- Spread melted chips over Rice Krispie mixture.
- Refrigerate until chocolate-butterscotch mixture hardens (very quick, about 30 minutes).
- Cut into 2x2-inch squares. Enjoy!
