Steps:

  • Wash chicken and set aside.
  • Add bag of BBQ pork rinds to a food processor and process till there are crumbles.
  • Put BBQ pork rind crumbles in a medium size bowl.
  • Crack eggs and add them to a bowl and whisk together. Make an assembly line of chicken wings, then egg wash, then pork rind crumbles.
  • Dip a chicken wing in egg wash, then dip in pork rind crumbles and add to air fryer.
  • Repeat process until you have a single layer of chicken wings filling the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 390 degrees F for 20 minutes flipping them halfway.
  • Repeat process if you have more chicken wings to cook.
  • Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing.

4 lbs Whole Chicken wings (can use pre-separated drumsticks and flats)
1 tbsp Salt
1+1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1+1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
1/4 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Dried Oregano

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
  • Add the chicken, oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, basil, and oregano to a bowl.
  • Mix all ingredients well and rub the spices into the chicken skin.
  • Place the chicken onto baking sheets skin side up making sure there is plenty of room in between. Do not over crowd the tray.
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes, the skin should be very crispy and golden brown. The meat must also be at 165 degrees
  • Remove from the oven and allow the chicken 5 minutes to rest. Using a very sharp knife place the knife into the joints and pull the meat apart as the knife is pressed down. This should break the bone and separate the sections of the wing.

½ cup crushed pork rinds
¼ cup parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 370°F.
  • Combine chicken, eggs and pickle juice together and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Combine all breading ingredients in a bowl and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Let access liquid drip off the chicken, then dip it into the breading mixture making sure it is fully coated.

Steps:

  • Thoroughly wash the chicken wings and pat them with paper towels to remove excess liquids.
