JELLO JIGGLERS
These Jello Jigglers are made with real fruit juice and gelatin, no artificial flavors or colors! They're perfect for any holiday as you can make them in any color or shape.

Steps:
- Place 1 cup of fruit juice in a medium sized bowl. Sprinkle both packages of gelatin evenly over the top and set aside.
- Place remaining 1 cup juice in a small pot and heat over medium heat until bubbles begin forming at the edges (3-5 minutes).
- Pour over the gelatin in the bowl and whisk for 1-2 minutes to combine.
- Pour into a lightly greased 8x8" pan and refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight until set. Once set, I recommend covering with plastic wrap or placing in a container to store.
- Cut into squares or shapes and serve.

- Stir 1 cup boiling water into each flavor dry gelatin mix in separate medium bowls at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir 1 cup of the cold juice into gelatin in each bowl. (Do not add cold water.)
- Pour each flavor gelatin into separate 8- or 9-inch square pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. (Gelatin no longer sticks to your finger when touched.) Cut into 1-inch squares, being careful to cut all of the way through gelatin to bottom of each pan.
- Layer gelatin flavors in alternating colors in 12 parfait glasses.

Steps:
- Add 1-1/3 cups boiling water to 2 pkg. gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into 8-inch-square dish sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 25 to 30 min. or until gelatin is set but not firm.
- Meanwhile, add remaining boiling water to remaining gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in evaporated milk. Refrigerate 15 min. or until slightly thickened; pour over gelatin layer in dish.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold onto cutting board just before serving; cut into 4 rows, then cut each row into 7 alternating triangles. Garnish with sprinkles. Reserve gelatin trimmings for snacking.

JUICY EGG JIGGLERS

- Use paper towel to wipe insides and along rims of both sides of egg mold with vegetable oil. (Or, spray with cooking spray.) Close mold, matching up rims of egg halves. Snap each of the egg halves together until firmly sealed. Place mold, fill-side up, on tray.
- Add apple juice to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 3 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into measuring cup with pour spout. Immediately pour gelatin through fill-holes in tops of mold until eggs are filled just to the tops. (Any remaining gelatin mixture can be poured into a custard cup.)
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Use dull flat knife to gently pry open egg halves. (Do not pull on handle.) Turn mold over and shake gently to release eggs. Keep refrigerated.

This a great recipe to make with kids and for kids. I sent these along with my daughter for her Valentine's Day party. There are many students with allergies, such as milk, wheat, and nuts, and this was a treat they could all enjoy! Cook time is chill time.

Steps:
- Stir boiling water into gelatin.
- (Can be done right in the pan.) Dissolve completely.
- (Very Important!) Lightly spray a 13 x9 inch pan with cooking spray Pour mixture into pan Chill at least 3 hours.
- Jigglers should be firm after 1 hour.
- To cut Jigglers dip bottom of pan in warm water for 15 seconds to loosen the gelatin.
- Cut shapes with cookie cutters all the way through the gelatin.
- Lift from the pan with index finger or metal spatula.
