Steps:
- Place Jell-O in a large bowl. Add 1 cup reserved cherry juice and boiling water. Whisk thoroughly until Jell-O is dissolved. Transfer to refrigerator and chill until beginning to set, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from refrigerator, and add either sour cream or whipped cream cheese. Beat with a hand-held electric mixer until smooth. Add cherries; stir to combine. Pour mixture into a 3-quart mold. Refrigerate until firm.
- Quickly dip mold into a bowl of warm water. Wipe mold dry. Place a serving plate on top of mold and invert. Repeat dipping process if necessary to release Jell-O. Serve immediately or chill until serving.
PINEAPPLE LIME JELL-O MOLD
My mom made this at every holiday celebration. Very nostalgic. Very green. MMM MMM good! (Cook time is fridge time).

Steps:
- Drain pineapple and reserve liquid.
- Spray Jello mold or bowl with PAM cooking spray.
- Dissolve Jell-o in 2 cups of boiling water, stirring for a few minutes.
- Add enough cold water to the reserved pineapple juice to equal 1.5 cups, and add to Jell-o mixture.
- Whisk in about 8 oz. sour cream (mom used a little less).
- Dump pineapple inches.
- Chill until set.
- If you want to unmold the dish, set bowl into warm water for 30 seconds, and place plate on top of bowl.
- Invert the bowl onto the plate and let the jell-o slide out.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and extract, if using. (If using canned peaches, drain syrup into measuring cup and add cold water to make 1 cup.) Chill in bowl until slightly thickened, about 1½ hours.
- Pour 1/3 cup gelatin into mold. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
- Blend 3/4 c gelatin with 1½ c Cool Whip. Pour into mold and smooth out top. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
- Mix remaining gelatin with peaches. Carefully spoon into mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, until fully set.
- Dip mold into hot water 20-30 seconds; invert onto plate. Garnish with remaining topping.
- Other flavor combinations could include: black cherry gelatin with sliced bananas, strawberry gelatin with sliced strawberries, lime gelatin with melon balls.

- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1-1/4 hours or until slightly thickened. Remove 1-1/2 cups of the gelatin; let stand at room temperature.
- Stir fruit into remaining gelatin. Spoon into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 15 min. or until set but not firm. (Gelatin should stick to finger when touched and should mound.)
- Add COOL WHIP to reserved gelatin; stir with whisk until well blended. Spoon over gelatin layer in mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold just before serving.

- Add 1-1/2 cups boiling water to blue gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Repeat in separate bowl with red gelatin. Stir 1-1/2 cups cold water into gelatin in each bowl.
- Spray 10-cup flag mold with cooking spray; place on baking sheet. Pour red gelatin into mold. Refrigerate 45 min. until set but not firm. Meanwhile, refrigerate blue gelatin 45 min. After 20 min., dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water in separate bowl. Refrigerate 25 min. or until slightly thickened.
- Whisk COOL WHIP into lemon gelatin; spread over red gelatin layer in mold. Refrigerate 10 min. or until set but not firm. Cover with blue gelatin. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold.

- Dissolve Jell-O and salt in boiling water.
- Add vinegar and pepper.
- Chill until it's only slightly thickened, (check every 15 minuites).
- Combine horseradish, sour cream, and onion in a bowl.
- Add to Jell-O.
- Blend well with spoon.
- Place in lightly greased mold, (spray mold lightly with Pam or canola oil)
- Chill until firm.
- You can make a double batch and it will fit perfectly into the Tupperware Jell-O mold.

- Prepare the mold and chill the fruit: Coat a 10-cup Bundt pan or gelatin mold with cooking spray. Wipe with a paper towel to make sure there are no puddles of spray and the pan is well-coated. Rinse, dry, and cut strawberries into quarters. Stem and pit cherries. Refrigerate the fruit until needed.
- Bloom the gelatin: Place the gelatin with 1 cup of the cranberry juice in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside to bloom while preparing the rest of the mixture.
- Heat the juice and sugar: Heat the remaining 6 cups cranberry juice and sugar in a medium saucepan until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture comes to a bare simmer.
- Melt the gelatin: Remove the cranberry mixture from the heat, add the gelatin mixture, and whisk until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
