HOT SHRIMP DIP
I found this recipe on a card at the supermarket and tweaked it to fit our tastes. I always serve this with assorted crackers.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the mayonnaise, 3/4 c cheese, Old Bay, Worcestershire, mustard and hot sauce in a bowl; mix well.
- Fold in the shrimp and spoon in a 1 quart casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Sprinkle a dash of Old Bay on top.
- Bake until the dip begins to bubble around the edges, about 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with crackers.

JANICE'S SHRIMP SPREAD
My Mom Janice, made this easy shrimp spread every Christmas for as long as I can remember. While delicious as soon as it's made, I like to make it the night before to let the flavors blend. I always double this recipe because my Sister likes to take home any leftovers.

- In a large bowl, beat all ingredients except milk until well combined. Add 1-2 tblsp milk depending on the consistency you like. I only add 1 tablespoon.
- Chill overnight.
- Serve with assorted crackers.

I came up with this when I wanted something to snack on that was tangy, cheesy, and had shrimp in it. Serve it on toasted crusty bread - easy and delicious!!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Chop the shrimp into small pieces. In an 8x8 inch baking dish, combine shrimp, yellow onion, bell pepper, garlic, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, Old Bay ™ seasoning, black pepper, salt, and 3/4 cup of cheese. Mix well, use reserved 1/4 cup cheese to cover the top in an even layer.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 30 minutes.

- Place all ingredients in microwaveable dish.
- Microwave on high 2 minutes.
- Remove from oven and blend with a fork, breaking up the shrimp as you stir.
- Microwave again for 2 minutes or until hot.
- Stir again until well blended.
- Pour into a serving dish and serve with a variety of crackers.
- You can also serve in a mini-crockpot to keep hot.

- Preheat oven to 400˚F. Brush both sides of bread lightly with olive oil, place on a baking sheet and bake 6-8 min - toasts should be golden at the edges and slightly soft in centers. You can also toast the breads on a large skillet.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet or cast iron pan over med/high heat. Add 1 Tbsp butter to the hot skillet then add shrimp in a single layer and season lightly with salt and pepper.
