Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and 1/3 cup pizza sauce just until blended.
- Press meat mixture into even layer in 8-inch round pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 30 to 35 min. or until done (160°F), topping with remaining pizza sauce, cheese and remaining ingredients after 20 min.

- Cut three 25x3-in. strips of heavy-duty foil; crisscross so they resemble spokes of a wheel. Place strips on bottom and up sides of a 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker. Coat strips with cooking spray., In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, peppers and mushrooms; cook and stir until tender, 4-6 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Remove from the heat and cool slightly., In a large bowl, combine eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and reserved cooked vegetables. Add turkey and meat loaf mix; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into a loaf; transfer to slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low until a thermometer reads at least 160°, 4-5 hours. Using foil strips as handles, remove meat loaf to a platter. If desired, serve with pizza sauce and Parmesan.

- In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add 3/4 cup of pizza sauce, cheese, bread crumbs, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Combine beef and sausage; add to egg mixture and mix well. Press into a 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1-1/4 hours. Drain. Spoon remaining pizza sauce over meat loaf; bake 15 minutes longer or until no pink remains. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl using your hands combine pepperoni, ground beef, egg, ricotta cheese, thyme, garlic powder, oregano, breadcrumbs, salt, and red pepper.
- Divide the mixture in half and place half of it in the prepared pan, forming into a loaf shape, creating a shallow well. Place the cheese slices in the well of the ground beef mixture. Top the cheese with the remaining meat mixture, making sure to seal the cheese inside, so it doesn't leak out.
- Spread half of the Ragu Sauce on top of the meatloaf and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven, spread the remaining sauce on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve warm

I got this recipe out of HomeBasic book. It's a good carb recipe. Made it tonight for supper and hubby said to make it anytime. I used regular sauce as that's all I had on hand.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl combine ground beef, 1 cup sauce, 1/2 cup green peppers, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
- In a 13 x 9 baking pan, shape into loaf.
- Top with 1/2 cup sauce.
- Bake uncovered for 50 minutes.
