GARLIC PARMESAN PULL APART BISCUITS
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray the wells of 1 muffin tin pan with cooking spray- set aside.
- Open the biscuits & cut each one into quarters.
- Place 3 pieces in each muffin tin well- this will give you 10 & you will have 2 left over for a smaller 11th one.
- Top each with a pat of Italian garlic butter & then a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown & centers have cooked through (watch closely after about 10 minutes as all ovens cook a little differently)
- Serve warm with a sprinkle of parsley flakes.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put the flour, baking powder, salt and garlic powder in a food processor and pulse a few times to combine. Add the cold butter and pulse until the dry ingredients and the butter are mostly combined. (If you do not have a food processor, this can be done with a pastry cutter.)
- Add the Parmesan, parsley, oregano and thyme. Drizzle in the milk and pulse (or stir in with a wooden spoon) until the mixture has just turned into a dough. Be careful not to overmix, as the biscuits will become tough when baked if you do.
- Using 2 large spoons, drop 1/2-cup sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. This will make 6 generously sized biscuits.
- Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes, depending on your oven. Brush the warm biscuits with the melted butter. Enjoy!
GARLIC CHEDDAR BISCUITS
I LOVE Red Lobster's GC Biscuits, so I wanted to try to make them at home. A friend of mine found me a drop biscuit recipe and then I added to it. These didn't last long that's for sure!!!

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Stir in milk and 1/2 cup butter just until moistened. Add Cheese.
- Drop batter by tablespoon on lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Meanwhile, add garlic salt to remaining melted butter.
- Bake buscuits for 6 minutes.
- Remove biscuits, drizzle with garlic butter and return to oven for another 6-7 minutes, or edges are golden.
- After removing from oven but while still warm drizzle with garlic butter again.
- Serve and enjoy!

- Remove biscuits from package. Pull each biscuit in half vertically then roll each half into a ball. Finish with remaining biscuits and set them aside.
- Combine melted butter and garlic.
- Spray an 8x8 baking dish or pie plate with cooking spray. Pour half of garlic butter mixture into bottom of baking dish.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
- Sift flour, baking powder, white sugar, cream of tartar, 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Mash unsalted butter cubes into the flour mixture with a pastry cutter or large fork until coarsely blended. Mix Cheddar cheese and Italian seasoning into the flour mixture.
