I've never bought tuna from Costco before, so I'm not sure how it tastes, but the bluefin tuna that I usually buy ranges from 40usd for akami and 50usd or more for chutoro, and 80usd for ootoro. So I'd say that's a fairly reasonable price. I live on the West Coast, and my regular sushi chef says it's cheaper there than anywhere else.
