Ingredients

4 frozen beef enchilada dinner with rice and beans
1 cup cheese, your choice
1 cup picante sauce
2 cups crushed Doritos (nacho cheese chips )
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (to taste)

Steps:

Preheat over to 350.
Cook frozen diinners per package directions and dump into large mixing bowl.
With a potato masher, mash mixture so it's combined.
add picante sauce, green onions, cilantro and cheese to mixture.
transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
sprinkle chips on top.
bake for 20-25 minutes.
