Cin's Fresh Version of KFC's Slaw Dressing over

This slaw turned out amazing...I love fresh slaw dressing (instead of from a bottle). The flavors together with the broccoli slaw and dressing is so good. I used "Eat Smart" broccoli slaw mix (not made with cabbage). Has everything in it that is in the 'cabbage slaw mix' except the cabbage!!!

Number Of Ingredients 12

Ingredients

DRESSING:
1/4 cup(s) splenda
1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) fresh cracked black pepper
1/4 cup(s) milk
1/4 cup(s) buttermilk
1/2 cup(s) mayo
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoon(s) tarragon wine vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
SLAW MIX:
10 ounce(s) package of "eat smart" broccoli slaw mix
2 tablespoon(s) chopped chives

Steps:

Pour slaw mix into a bowl and add chives. In a small mixing bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together well pour over slaw mix and chill in refrigerator a couple hours before serving (I usually will let it chill for up to 13 hours before serving, but no time tonight). P.S. This is quick and easy to make but the longer it's chilled in the refrig the better it is.
