Steps:
- Set SAUTÉ setting on INSTANT POT for 7 min. Add oil to pot; heat 2 min. Add turkey; cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 2 min.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir. Close and lock lid. Turn Pressure Valve to Sealing position. Cook 10 min. using MANUAL/HIGH PRESSURE COOK setting. When timer goes off, use Quick Pressure Release to release steam. Remove lid. Stir before serving.

- Set an Instant Pot to sauté and drizzle in the olive oil. When the oil is hot and shimmering, add the turkey, onion, salt, and pepper. Cook, breaking apart and browning the meat, until the turkey is no longer pink and the onion is beginning to soften, about 7 minutes.
- Add the chili powder, chipotle chili, cumin, and garlic powder. Let cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the sweet potatoes, bell pepper, crushed tomatoes, beans, and 1 1/2 cups chicken broth. Stir well.

- Set the Instant Pot (or alternative pressure cooker) to sauté. Add oil, and once hot add in the onions and sauté for about 3 mins. Add in the garlic and sauté for a further 1min. Add in the turkey mince and cook until browned.
- Once turkey has browned, add in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garbanzo beans, 1/2 of the chopped red bell peppers, chopped sweet potatoes, vegetable stock, cumin, paprika and chill powder. Salt and pepper to taste and mix everything well.
- Seal the vent. Set to High pressure for 9 mins. Once 9 mins is finished, Quick Release and open lid. Add in the rest of the red bell pepper and stir to combine.
- Serve over some cooked brown rice or riced cauliflower for low-carb. Add a dollop of sour cream, some diced avocado, grated cheese, chopped cilantro and more chilli flakes to serve.
