This recipe is perfect for any coffee lover. Instead of buying flavored coffees, I make my own using flavored extracts for baking. You can prepare this with decaffeinated coffee, too.

Ingredients

1 pound ground coffee
2 tablespoons almond extract
2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Steps:

Place coffee in a large jar with tight-fitting lid. Add extracts. Cover and shake well. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark and dry place or in the freezer. Prepare coffee as usual.

4 cups coffee
2 cups cream
4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup whipped cream

Steps:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a pitcher and chill.
Place ice in 4 glasses and pour chilled coffee over.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with sliced almonds if desired.

1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground chile de arbol
1 cup brewed coffee
1/4 cup almond milk

Steps:

To a highball glass, add the chocolate syrup, sugar, cinnamon and chile de arbol and stir to combine. Fill the glass halfway up with ice. Add the coffee and top with the almond milk. Stir to combine.

Ingredients

4 cups whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 -2 shots espresso (I guess it's about 1 or 2 small cups of espresso)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Steps:

Combine milk, cream, egg yolks, sugar and espresso in a saucepan. Whisk well and bring to 170 degrees. Then refrigerate well overnight.
Pour in ice cream maker and churn for 25 minutes. Freeze until it's firm.

Pour Almond Breeze Almondmilk Creamer into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Pour coffee into your blender and add as many creamer ice cubes you'd like. I added about 6. Add sweetener at this point if you're using it.
Blend until ice is crushed or the iced coffee is completely smooth. I really liked it with the crushed ice.
