VEGGIE HUMMUS TRIO RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: hummus, small avocado, red pepper, beet, pita chip

Steps:
- In a food processor, combine 8 ounces (225 g) of hummus with the avocado. Puree until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl.
- Clean the food processor. Add 8 ounces (225 g) of hummus and the red peppers. Puree until smooth. Transfer to another small bowl.
- Clean the food processor. Add the remaining hummus and the beets. Puree until smooth. Transfer to another small bowl.
- Serve with pita chips.
- Enjoy!

- Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the garbanzo bean mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
