HOW TO PEEL GARLIC IN LESS THAN 10 SECONDS
A friend showed me how to do this and I just wanted to share!

Steps:
- 1. Hit the bulb of garlic with the heel of your hand. (This will break the bulb into individual cloves.)
- 2. Get 2 large bowls. Put the garlic cloves into one of the bowls.
- 3. Put the other bowl upside down onto the bowl holding the garlic.
- 4. Just shake the heck out of the garlic in the bowls for a couple of seconds. When you "unveil" your garlic it will be peeled and ready to use!!! ENJOY!!!
