HOMEMADE VANILLA CARAMEL COFFEE CREAMER

- Pour milk into the container. Add condensed milk. Shake well to combine.
- Add caramel syrup and caramel sauce. Shake again until well blended.
- Lastly, add pure vanilla extract and shake immediately (so the milk doesn't curd at the top of the jar) until all combined.

I ran out of coffee creamer when I had a late night of baking cookies... You just need coffee when you are making lots and lots of cookies .... I searched and didn't want to add the extra calories of sweetened condensed milk or lots of sugar, after all I'm making and eating cookies. This is sweet and I think that other extracts could easily be added for a different taste. This is good enough for me to stop buying the overpriced stuff in the refrigerated section of the grocery store.
