HOMEMADE CRUNCH WRAP SUPREME
A complete copycat version from Taco Bell! Except completely homemade and made so much more healthier! Get your fix now!

Steps:
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef and cook until beef has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; stir in taco seasoning. Drain excess fat; set aside. Heat tortillas according to package instructions. Heat nacho cheese according to package instructions. Working one at a time, place ground beef mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with nacho cheese and tostada shell. Spread sour cream in an even layer over the tostada shell; top with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Fold the edges up and over the center. Continue to work your way around the tortilla, folding as tight as possible. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet. Place wrap seam-side down and cook until the underside is golden brown, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook wrap on the other side, about 1-2 minutes longer. Serve immediately.

Steps:
- PREP: Combine chile powder, cumin, kosher salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Mix together with a fork (works best for me).
- Heat a medium-large size skillet on medium heat.
- Once skillet is hot, cook ground meat until just brown, chopping up while cooking.
- Once meat is brown, drain all grease from the skillet and place back on stovetop reducing the heat to medium-low.
- Add seasoning mixture and 1 cup of water, stirring into meat well. Continue cooking and stirring on medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and let the meat simmer for 10-15 minutes, stir occasionally.
- Meat is done and can be served immediately. Place small amount on a tortilla, top with you cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and ENJOY!

Every chance I get (which is always) I add nutrition to "traditional" foods that everyone eats thereby personalizing them and making it that much better for you. As you may have noticed by checking out my other recipes, I virtually add garlic, spinach and carrots to most every dish. And, what's most fascinating is that each one of them tastes scrumptiously distinctively different! Once you try my new twist to 'plain old' tacos, you'll never go back. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Boil 1/2 cup water, add textured protein and stir until combined. Set aside. Chop spinach and set aside. Heat olive oil on medium, add garlic, celery, carrot and chopped peppers until tender. Add seasonings and cook one minute more. Remove from pan. Cook lowest fat ground turkey and beef and drain any excess fat/juices. In same pan add vegetable mixture. Combine and cook two minutes more. Assemble tacos by layering meat, then sauce then cheese then spinach. Serve with avocado slices if desired. Enjoy!
