Homemade Soft Serve Mix Food
PINEAPPLE SOFT SERVE
Steps:
- Freeze 4 small glasses or ramekins until cold. Put the coconut milk, ice water, vanilla and a pinch of salt in a blender. Add the pineapple and blend, stirring as necessary, until smooth. Working quickly, spoon the soft serve into a piping bag fitted with a 1/2-inch plain tip and pipe it into the cold cups. Serve immediately.
"SOFT SERVE" VANILLA ICE CREAM
Very similar to soft serve ice cream found at restaurants, fast food places and various stores. You may need to change the amounts based on the size of your ice cream maker/turner!

- Place milk in electric mixing bowl.
- Make pudding according to directions on box.
- Add pudding & sugar to mixer, blend well.
- Add Cool Whip and Vanilla to mixer, blend well.
- Pour mixture into 1 gallon ice cream maker.

Easy to make frozen yogurt recipe that I stole from "Hilary Meyer" the Associate Food Editor from EatingWell Magazine. This recipe was posted on Yahoo. Make sure you use super fine sugar if you can. Helps a lot.

Steps:
- Combine fruit and sugar in a food processor; pulse until coarsely chopped.
- Combine yogurt and lemon juice in a measuring cup; with the machine on, gradually pour the mixture through the feed tube.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides once or twice. Serve immediately.
