Steps:
- In a large bowl using a handheld electric mixer, or in the body of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, combine the powdered sugar, peanut butter, vanilla and softened butter. Beat on low-speed until combined and slightly crumbly. Add milk, one tablespoon at a time, and continue to beat until the mixture becomes a workable dough. Fold in 1/3 cup of the Reese's pieces. The mixture should be a little sticky, but scoop-able and easy to work with.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon-sized rounds of filling out onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roll each round into ball. Place the baking sheet in the freezer to firm up for one hour.
- During the last few minutes of the chill time, make the chocolate coating. You will make the chocolate coating in the microwave. Place the chocolate and oil in a heat-proof glass measuring cup and melt, on low-power, in 30 second increments, stirring after each increment, until completely melted. Whisk chocolate smooth and let it slightly cool before dipping.
- Remove peanut butter balls from freezer. One at a time, carefully dip each chilled ball in the melted chocolate. When lifting the peanut butter ball out of the chocolate remember to allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl. Transfer the chocolate covered balls back to parchment paper lined baking sheet after dipping each one. Sprinkle the tops of the wet chocolate with remaining Reese's pieces.
- Transfer the peanut butter balls to the refrigerator to set for 1 hour. Serve chilled.

Steps:
- Place graham cracker crumbs in a bowl.
- Pour melted butter over graham crackers and mix well.
- Add cream cheese and peanut butter and mix well.
- Add powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time mixing well after each addition, until all has been added.
- Scoop a Tablespoon sized amount of mixture out of bowl and roll into a ball.
- Place this on a lined cookie sheet, spacing truffles close together 6 - 7 per row. Set aside.
- Depending on size of your truffles and how close you space them, you may need two cookie sheets.
- Melt chocolate according to package directions.
- Gently place a truffle in the chocolate, roll it around and remove it with a fork.
- Tap the fork on the side of the bowl, allowing the excess chocolate to drip off back into your chocolate bowl.
- Gently place truffle back on cookie sheet and move on to the next one, until all are done.
- Chocolate should harden quickly.
- Once all truffles are covered, melt different color of chocolate according to package directions. Using a fork, drizzle the chocolate on top of your truffles for a pretty decoration.
- Once dry, devour!

Steps:
- 1. Gather ingredients..Place wax paper in baking pan. I used a jelly roll pan. Ps: These peanut butter balls must chill for 2 hours, then another 30 minutes before coating in chocolate.
- 2. In a large bowl; melt peanut butter chips in the microwave for 30 second to 1 minute. Stir till smooth.
- 3. Add butter, cream, vanilla..stir till smooth. Slowly add sugar till holds its shape. About 3 cups. It will be stiff like dough.
- 4. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Roll into 1 inch balls; place on wax paper covered tray. Refrigerate another 30 minutes.
- 5. In another bowl; melt chocolate chips with shortening in microwave 30 to 60 seconds. Stir till smooth.
- 6. Dip the balls in chocolate. You can roll or sprinkle with nuts, cookie crumbs, candy sprinkles.. I ground walnuts fine in my food processor. Or you can just leave as is.

REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUP FILLING
Homemade recipe for the inside of Reese's cup, so you can make you own at home! [which are so much tastier!] I'd recommend using bitter sweet or milk chocolate, and using a peanut butter cup mold, which you can buy pretty cheaply at Joann's or other craft/kitchen supply stores. And if you don't have powdered sugar, you can blend regular white sugar in a coffee grinder

REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUP BARS
These taste JUST like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and are so easy to make! There are a lot of similar recipes, with slightly different amounts of (mostly) the same ingredients, but this is the one that I really like.

Steps:
- Mix butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and peanut butter. (an easy way to measure the peanut butter is to put 1 cup of water into a measuring cup, and then add enough peanut butter to it that the water reaches 2 cups).
- Press mixture into a 9x13" pan.
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave and stir until smooth (try a minute first, and then check).
- Spread chocolate carefully over peanut butter layer with a spatula. (Having one person to pour the chocolate and one to spread works well!).
- Let the chocolate cool for a while, and then cut into bars before the chocolate is completely hardened (or else the chocolate layer will just crack).
- (cooking time is cooling time, and it's a very rough estimate, I didn't keep track).

Steps:
- Put graham crackers in a food processor or plastic Ziploc bag and beat until they are finely crushed.
- Mix butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and graham crackers together in large bowl.
- Roll into 1" balls. Place rolled balls on large cookie sheet (I lined my cookie sheet with parchment paper) and stick in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, melt dipping chocolate according to directions on package.
- Once the peanut butter balls have set up, dip in chocolate and place back on cookie sheet.
- Let set up before serving (about 20 minutes in the fridge or you can leave them out on your counter).
- Store leftovers in an air-tight container for up to 5 days. You can also store them in the fridge if you prefer to eat them cold. You can make these ahead of time and store in the freezer for about 30 days, but I prefer to make and serve them fresh.
- If you want to do an extra drizzle of chocolate on top (such as in the picture), melt some more of the dipping chocolate and pour into a plastic bag. Snip off on of the corners of the bag and drizzle onto each chocolate ball. You could also use white chocolate for a different look or sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top before the chocolate hardens.
