One of the healthiest recipes known on Earth is fruit popsicles. You can prepare homemade fruit popsicles with as little as five essential ingredients you already have in your refrigerator, like blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.

12 oz. coconut water (unsweetened)

Steps:

  • Grab your popsicle molds!
  • Split the chopped blueberries, blackberries and raspberries between the popsicle molds equitably.
  • Pour the coconut water into popsicle molds over the fruit.
  • Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.

Steps:

  • Combine blueberry pop ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 5 of the pop molds. Repeat process with strawberry pop ingredients. Place in freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.

My kids love these quick, healthy, easy to make popsicles. Experiment with different types of fruit, our favorites are blueberry banana and strawberry banana. The basic recipe came from the back of the carnation dry milk box. Ha Ha, I just noticed I forgot the "H" in smoothie in the recipe title. :)
