Sour cream and FAGE Total® Greek Yogurt cool this spicy Mexican themed dish.

Ingredients

3 chopped and de-seeded green chilies or Jalapeno chilies
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
7 oz FAGE Total® Greek Yogurt
7 oz sour cream or creme fraiche
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
8 small flour burritos
2.7 oz grated Cheddar cheese
Seasoning and oil for frying
12.3 oz chicken pieces or meat substitute
Medium onion, sliced

Steps:

Fry the onions, chilies, and add the garlic after about 5 minutes. Add the chicken pieces. Cook on a low heat until the chicken pieces are cooked through - about 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix the yogurt, sour cream and mushroom soup in a large bowl. Add contents of the frying pan and stir in seasoning. Fill the burritos with the mixture and roll them up, putting them seam-side down in a dish or baking tin. Pour over the rest of the filling, sprinkle with the grated cheese and put in a hot oven (400°F) for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is toasted. Serve with a green salad or rice.

Homemade Fage-Style Yogurt image

Thick, rich, yummy yogurt that is very similar to expensive Fage. I make a batch a week, and eat it for breakfast and use it for cooking.

Ingredients

1 gallon whole milk
1 pint whipping cream
6 ounces fage yogurt, don't use the 0% (not sure of the container size, I use the small ones that come with fruit or honey topping)

Steps:

In a large pot, heat the milk and cream to 185F, stirring occasionally.
Let cool to 110-115F, stirring occasionally.
When mixture has cooled to 110-115F, stir a little bit into the Fage you are using as a starter,and then mix the fage into the milk/cream mix.
Place in the over with the oven light on for 14 hours.
Line a colander with cheesecloth and place in a sink or a large bowl.
Pour the yogurt into the colander and tie off the ends of the cheesecloth.
Place the colander in a large bowl, and place in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
