HOT CHOCOLATE MIX JUST FOR YOU

Steps:

• PLACE all ingredients in medium bowl. Whisk until evenly blended. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature until ready to use or package. Makes about 2 cups mix.
• Recipe to attach:
• Spoon 4 tablespoons cocoa mix into mug. Add one cup boiling water; stir well.

HOT CHOCOLATE MIX RECIPE

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to an airtight container and store for up to 6 months.
• To make a mug of hot chocolate: combine 1/2 cup mix with 3/4 cup of hot water or milk in a mug, stir well until frothy and well-combined.

HOLIDAY HOT CHOCOLATE

Steps:

• Heat 3 cups milk, 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisking, until the milk is steaming and the sugar dissolves. Gradually add 4 ounces each chopped semisweet and bittersweet chocolate, whisking until melted. Cook, whisking occasionally, until smooth. (Note: This is an extra-thick European-style hot chocolate.) Serve with mini marshmallows, peppermint sticks, whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, toasted coconut or other toppings.

HEAVENLY HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

Steps:

• In a large airtight container, combine all ingredients. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 2 months (mixture will settle)., To prepare hot chocolate: Place 1/3 cup mix in a mug; add 3/4 cup hot water and stir until blended.
