When I first heard of the ingredients for this dip, I wrinkled up my nose and said, "No Thank You!". However, my persistant daughter said, "You have to try it". Steps:
- 1. TABOULI 1 cup water 1 cup fine cracked wheat 1 cup minced fresh parsley leaves 1/2 cup minced fresh mint leaves 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion 3 tomatoes, diced 2 cucumbers, seeded and diced (optional) 3 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons lemon juice, or to taste 1 teaspoons sea salt Directions In a large mixing bowl, pour the water over the cracked wheat and cover, let stand about 20 minutes until wheat is tender and water is absorbed. Add the chopped herbs and vegetables and toss with the mix. Combine the oil, lemon juice, and salt in a separate bowl. Add to wheat mixture and mix well. Chill. - 2. Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl until well blended. Serve in a bread bowl (optional) with garlic flavored Triscuts. YUM!

Oh my goodness...I think I've died and gone to heaven. I had a fruit dip recipe similar to this once upon a time and I lost it. Well, I had some leftover strawberries and decided to make a pie using a graham craker crust, some leftover strawberry pie filling and a topping. I got in the kitchen and this is the topping I came up with from stuff I had on hand. Sister-girl came in, grabbed the bowl, a handful of fruit and ate about 1/2 of it before it ever got on the pie!! I'm sure you could use it for almost anything, including a filling for layered cakes. IT IS VERY SWEET AND RICH

Steps:
- Using your mixed, blend the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and marshmallow cream.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip.
- If you are using this for a topping for pie or cake, spread on pie or cake immediately.
- If you are using it for fruit dip, put it in your serving container and chill for 10 minutes before serving.
- If you are like ME, just eat it by the spoonful! :).
- ENJOY!
