HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE PUDDING
Steps:
- In a medium bowl, whisk the egg yolks for about 60 seconds until light yellow and increased in volume, then whisk in the cornstarch and about 1/4 cup of the milk. Once smooth and incorporated, set aside.Place the sugar, cocoa, salt, and remaining milk in a saucepan, and bring to a scald over medium-high heat, which is when the liquid is about 180-190ºF. This is before the mixture comes to a boil, and in this stage you will see little bubbles start forming on the sides of the pan. Remove the pan from the heat and, while whisking constantly, dribble the hot cocoa into the egg cornstarch mixture very gradually. We are tempering so we don't scramble the eggs. Pour everything back into the saucepan and cook over medium high heat, whisking constantly, until the pudding comes to a full boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and continue whisking for a couple minutes until the pudding is thickened.Remove the pudding from the heat and stir in the chocolate or vanilla extract. Pour the pudding into a bowl and press plastic wrap directly on the surface of the pudding so a skin doesn't form. Refrigerate for an hour or two until chilled. Serve and enjoy!

- In a large bowl, whisk yogurt until soft and smooth. Gradually whisk in milk until blended. Add pudding mixes; whisk 2 minutes longer. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set., Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Transfer to crust. Top with remaining whipped topping and chocolate curls if desired. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

'CHOCOLATE HEAVEN' PUDDING
I got this idea from the banana pudding recipe I use (the first one that comes up when you search for it on here) and I have to say I was surprised at how delicious it came out! I had the intention of using chocolate whipped cream but my husband grabbed plain & improvising worked out well for me, but you're welcome to use chocolate whipped cream. I also was tempted to add chocolate chips but it's perfect with just the oreos :)

- Mix the box of pudding with milk as directed on box.
- In a separate large bowl, mix whole tub of whipped topping with cocoa powder. More may be added for extra chocolate flavor and a splash of milk might be needed if it becomes too thick.
- Add the prepared pudding to the whipped cream, mix well.
- In another bowl mix the cream cheese & sweetened condensed milk until there are no lumps.
- Combine cream cheese & condensed milk mixture with the pudding & whipped cream mixture.
- Line bottom of a 13x9 pan with chocolate creme sandwich cookies & pour the mixture over. Chill & serve.

Steps:
- In a small bowl melt peanut butter in the microwave (about 10-20 seconds).
- Spoon melted peanut into pie crust, drizzling all over. Sprinkle 1/4 C hazelnuts (if using).
- Make chocolate pudding following manufacturer's directions. Pour into pie crust. Place in the fridge to set (about 30 mins-1 hr).
- Spoon a generous amount of Cool Whip over the pie, and smooth. Drizzle Hershey syrup parallel to one another (1/2 inch apart). Using a butter knife, slide it opposite direction of the syrup lines. Top it with remaining nuts (If using) chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.
- Let sit in fridge overnight or up to 8 hours.

Steps:
- If your brioche rolls are stale, then move to step 2. If they are fresh, gently toast them in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius(300 degrees Fahrenheit) for a fan-forced oven. Preheat 170 degrees celsius for conventional oven.
- Whisk the eggs, sugar, vanilla and cream until the sugar has dissolved.
- Cut the brioche rolls in half, laying them flat onto a 10x10 inch baking pan/brownie tin. Pour over cream-egg mixture.
- Cover, then soak for an hour in the fridge, or overnight if you wish.
- Cover with foil, then place in a water bath. The water should reach about halfway of the tin.
- Bake for approximately 1 hour.
- When it has finished baking, if you intend on not having leftovers and serving the day it is made, you can place it under the grill for 2-3 minutes for a crispy, crunchy top. If you will have leftovers, skip this step.
- Enjoy, and serve with ice cream, syrup, custard, fruit, or whipped cream!
