1/2 - 1 frozen banana

1 container (6 oz) Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt, plain
1/4 cup pumpkin puree, frozen
1/2 - 1 frozen banana
1 cup of pumpkin almond milk from my Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe
1/2 serving of protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
1/4 cup pumpkin puree, frozen

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Pulse to reach a creamy consistency.

½ banana
1 tablespoon raisins or ½ teaspoon maple syrup

⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
pinch ground nutmeg
pinch ground cloves
