HEALTHY BANANA BREAD
Steps:
- Grease a standard 9x5'' loaf pan (I also like to line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper to make sure the loaf doesn't stick).
- Mash bananas in a mixing bowl. Add egg, vanilla, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon and stir well to combine.
- In a separate small bowl stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to banana mixture and stir to combine.
- Gently stir in melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 5-10 few minutes before inverting onto a wire cooling rack.

Steps:
- First, preheat oven to 350ºF and spray a standard bread pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Next, place dry ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mash 3 medium ripe bananas with a fork until they're mostly pureed. You should get about a cup of mashed banana. Then crack in eggs and whisk to combine. Add maple syrup, Greek yogurt, vanilla, and almond milk and whisk again.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to wet and mix with a wooden spoon. Finally, add melted coconut oil and mix one final time.
- Transfer batter into the bread pan and then bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with a tented piece of tin foil. Then, bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes and then remove from pan to finish cooling on a cooling rack.

- In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil, honey, milk and vanilla for 2 minutes. Stir in the bananas, flour mixture and chocolate chips (or any other add ins of choice.
- Pour batter into greased pan, sprinkle with some more cinnamon, raw sugar, or banana slices (optional) Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, slice and enjoy!

This can either be vegan friendly (how I make it) or for those of you who love your dairy, not vegan. This is so tasty and full of seeds and yummy stuff. I created this one day trying to make a vegan alternative to the regular banana bread my mom makes (it was pretty basic--this is way better).

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Prepare a loaf pan (I like to oil it then line it with wax paper so it doesn't stick at all).
- Mix sugars and melted margarine in a large bowl.
- Pre-mix your fake eggs (or beat your regular eggs) and add them.
- Mash the 3 ripe bananas and mix those in too.
- Add soda, vanilla, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg.
- Mix in the flour, oats and wheatgerm.
- Now add all your seeds and raisins.
- Place mixture into the pan and cook in the oven for an hour (should be nice and brown on top, if not give it more time).
- And there you have it! enjoy!

- First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars with a mixer.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add the bananas, milk, and vanilla.
- With mixer on low, add the flour, wheat germ, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix just until combined.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Place batter in greased loaf pan.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 50-60 minutes.
- Allow to cool ten minutes in the pan, then move to cooling rack.
- Cool Completely, slice and serve!
- *You could bake these in muffin tins with or without wheat germ sprinkled on top!

MANGO BANANA BREAD
I found this recipe on the alohaworld website (http://alohaworld.com/ono) and just adore it! I'm always looking for a good banana bread recipe and this one fits the bill! It's moist and has a nice crisp, almost caramelized crust. Now if I could just figure out how to keep the crust during storage!
