I love the Cracker Barrel Copy Cat Hashbrown Casserole made in the Ninja Foodi, it is one of my must-have items each and every time we head in to eat dinner.

Ingredients

1 small onion
30 oz frozen hash brown
10 oz can cheddar cheese soup
10 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

In a large bowl mix together soups, onion, cheese, and sour cream.
Spray the instant pot with cooking spray and preheat to 350 for 5 minutes.
Stir the hashbrowns in the soup mixture coating all the hashbrowns well.
Place directly in the instant pot.
Place air crisper lid on the instant pot.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Top with more sour cream and green onions.

This recipe is a friend's grandma's recipe and is absolutely the best hash brown casserole I've ever had. Kentucky grandmas sure know how to cook!

Ingredients

1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
½ cup melted butter
½ cup chopped onion
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup crushed cornflakes
½ cup melted butter

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix hash browns, cream of chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, butter, onion, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Arrange in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle on top. Drizzle butter over the cornflakes.
Bake in the preheated oven until the sauce is bubbly and the top is golden brown, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
