Hand Andor Foot Scrub Food
SUPPLE CITRUS HAND AND FOOT SCRUB
To keep your hands and feet soft and supple, use this! Lemons and limes are a great source of natural fruit acids that dissolve dry skin and sugar is an excellent exfoiator. This recipe comes from Suzi Weiss-Fischman, OPI executive vice president and artistic director, via from Better Homes & Gardens magazine. The scrub is similar to their OPI Tropical Citrus Scrub.

Steps:
- Mix the sugar, oil, and oil of your choice in a small bowl.
- Squeeze the lemon or lime juice into the mixture just before you are ready to use. Citrus, if left too long, will melt the sugar crystals.
- Stir, then rub mixture onto hands and feet, paying close attention to dry spots.
- Rinse, then follow with a moisturizer. Enjoy!

HAND AND/OR FOOT SCRUB
I like to experiment with bath products. This is very much like the body polish you can get at that expensive bath spa. You may want to remove any "fine" jewelry just to be safe. Also if you use it in the bath tub, it may leave your bathtub a little slippery.

Steps:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a plastic container.
- Stir before using.
- Put a generous spoonful of this on dry, not wet hands.
- Rub hand together as if you were rubbing in hand lotion for about 30-45 seconds.
- Rinse with warm water.
- Your hands will feel sooooooo soft.
- This is also great on feet, elbows and knees.
- This makes a great stocking stuffer.

- DIY Coffee Ground Foot Scrub. You Will Need. 2 tablespoons coffee grounds. 2 tablespoons sugar (coarse) 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Method. Mix all the ingredients and prepare a thick paste.
- Oatmeal Foot Scrub. You will Need. 2 tablespoons bath salt. 2 teaspoons oatmeal. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 2-3 tablespoons water. Method. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a paste.
- Lemon And Sugar Foot Scrub. You Will Need. ¼ cup of coconut oil. 2 cups sugar (granulated) 9-10 drops lemon essential oil. ½ teaspoon lemon zest (optional) Method.
- Honey And Sugar Foot Scrub. You Will Need. 1 cup bath salt. 1 cup granulated sugar (coarse) 2 tablespoons raw honey. 7-8 drops lemon essential oil. 1 cup olive or coconut oil.
- Sugar And Milk Foot Scrub. You Will Need. 2 cups whole milk. 2 cups lukewarm water (enough to soak your feet) 3 tablespoons granulated sugar. 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
- Baking Soda Foot Scrub. You Will Need. 3 tablespoons baking soda. 1 tablespoon water. Method. Make a thick paste by mixing the baking soda and water. Apply it to your feet and massage for 10 minutes.
