1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
1 cup chopped cooked ham
1 cup chopped cooked asparagus or thawed frozen asparagus cuts (from 9-oz box)
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend (8 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Unroll dough in baking dish; press in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of dish.
  • Sprinkle ham and asparagus evenly over dough. In medium bowl, beat eggs, milk and mustard with whisk until well combined. Pour mixture over ham and asparagus. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

24 fresh thin asparagus spears (about 1/2 lb)
4 slices applewood smoked deli ham (about 6 oz)
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin® cheese with shallot & chive, softened
3 tablespoons Progresso™ original panko crispy bread crumbs (from 8-oz box)
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Line large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper, or spray with cooking spray.
  • Remove woody ends from asparagus spears; discard. In 10-inch skillet, heat 1/2 inch water to boiling. Add asparagus; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover; simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. Plunge asparagus into bowl of ice water to cool; drain on paper towels.
  • Cut ham slices in half; wrap one half slice around middle of 3 asparagus spears. Repeat for remaining ham and asparagus spears.
  • On large cutting board, unroll dough; separate dough into 8 triangles. Crumble and press a generous tablespoon Boursin™ cheese onto bottom wide end of dough. Place one asparagus and ham bundle on wide end of dough, and roll dough into crescent shape; place on cookie sheet. (Ends of asparagus will stick out of both ends of dough.) Repeat for remaining bundles.
  • In small bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and olive oil; mix well. Sprinkle on top of crescent dough, pressing lightly to stick.
  • Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until deep golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet to serve. Serve immediately.

20 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
8 ounces thinly shaved ham, diced
1 1/2 cups freshly grated Cheddar
1 large green bell pepper, cut into small dice
1 large onion, finely diced

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Generously spray 24 muffin cups (2 standard muffin tins) with cooking spray.
  • Crack the eggs into a bowl; add the salt, black pepper and chili powder. Whisk until combined. Add the ham, Cheddar, bell peppers and onions and stir.
  • With a measuring cup, scoop the mixture into the muffin cups. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, until puffy and just barely set.
  • Within a minute or two, the casseroles will start to flatten just a little bit -- this is normal! Run a knife along the edges of each muffin cup and lift the casseroles out of the pan. Serve warm or at room temperature.

2-1/2 cups cut fresh asparagus (1-inch pieces)
1 medium onion, chopped

1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup fat-free milk
1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add asparagus. 1 egg
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

24 fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
8 thin slices deli ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
MUSHROOM CHEESE SAUCE:
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 cup water
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup half-and-half cream
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 tablespoon minced chives

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the first six ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour. , Heat a lightly greased 8-in. nonstick skillet; pour 2 tablespoons batter into center of skillet. Lift and tilt pan to evenly coat bottom. Cook until top appears dry; turn and cook 15-20 seconds longer. Remove to a wire rack. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing skillet as needed. When cool, stack crepes with waxed paper or paper towels in between., In a large skillet, bring 1/2 in. of water to a boil. Add asparagus; cover and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and immediately place asparagus in ice water; drain and pat dry. , On each crepe, layer a ham slice, Swiss cheese slice and three asparagus spears. Roll up and place in a greased 11x7-in. baking dish., In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and bouillon. Gradually stir in water. 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup white wine
¼ cup water
2 cups chopped cooked ham
½ cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup seasoned stuffing mix (coarse-crumb style)

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the egg noodles, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink.
  • Combine the cream of mushroom soup, white wine, and water in a large bowl. Stir in the cooked egg noodles, ham, and Swiss cheese. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Whipped this up yesterday and it turned out so good I thought I'd share! A great way to use up that leftover Christmas or Easter ham lurking in the freezer! Easy to make, and sinfully delicious if I do say so myself! Enjoy! :)

1.5 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cups sour cream
1/3 cup milk
2 cups shredded kraft Italian cheese blend (8 oz. package)
3 cups cooked ham, cubed bite-sized
1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar Green Giant sliced mushrooms, drained
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
fresh coarse ground black pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups raw asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 cups uncooked wide or dumpling egg noodles
1 1/2-2 cups finely crushed ruffles potato chips

Steps:

  • In large bowl, mix together well the first 4 ingredients.
  • Gently fold in rest of ingredients except noodles and potato chips.
  • Cook noodles 1 minute less than shortest time on directions. *I cooked mine for 6 minutes.
  • Fold in noodles.
  • Pour/spoon into lightly greased 13x9 baking dish.
  • Top with crushed potato chips.
  • Bake in 350 oven for 35 minutes til bubbly!
  • *Do not precook asparagus.
  • **Can sub a 10 oz. box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained, for the asparagus if preferred.
