4 premade pie crusts
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups dried bean
8 eggs
¼ cup zucchini, sliced
1 cup tomato, chopped
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy cream
10 slices ham slice, 1/2 inch (2 cm) piece
15 slices cheese slice, 1/2 inch (2 cm) piece

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
  • On a floured surface, trim the pie crusts to fit a 9x9-inch (23x23-cm) square pan.
  • Overlap the pie crusts slightly and use a rolling pin to roll out until smooth.
  • Place the large pie crust onto the parchment paper-lined square pan, so that the edges hang over the sides of the pan
  • Line the asparagus stalks along the edge of the pan.
  • Cover the asparagus border with pie the crust, trimming any excess.
  • Place a parchment paper square at the base of the pie crust and add dried beans.
  • Bake the pie crust for 40 minutes.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
  • Add in the asparagus, zucchini, tomatoes, mozzarella, pepper, salt, and heavy cream, whisking to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into the baked pie crust and bake for another 40 minutes.
  • On a sheet of parchment paper, assemble the ham and cheese lattice.
  • Lay the lattice on top of the quiche.
  • Bake for another 20 minutes.
  • Remove the parchment paper and cut the quiche into 9 servings.
  • Enjoy!

1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 cup cubed ham
1 (8 or 9-inch) premade pie shell in foil pan
1 cup shredded Colby and Monterey jack cheese blend (recommended: Kraft)
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning (recommended: McCormick)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place potatoes and rosemary in a microwaveable dish. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 2 minutes, until almost cooked through.
  • Cover the bottom of the premade pie shell with potatoes, ham, and cheese. Place on a cookie sheet and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and seasoning and pour into the pie shell.
  • Place quiche into preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until eggs have set.

¼ cup green onions
¼ teaspoon salt

Steps:

1 package (14.1 ounces) refrigerated pie crust
2 cups diced fully cooked ham
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
4 large eggs
2 cups half-and-half cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Unroll pie crusts into two 9-in. pie plates; flute edges. Line unpricked pie crusts with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil. Fill with pie weights, dried beans or uncooked rice. Bake until light golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Remove foil and weights; bake until bottom is golden brown, 3-5 minutes longer or Cool on wire racks., Divide ham, cheese and onion between shells. 1 jar (5 ounces) process sharp cheese spread
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons water
FILLING:
1 large egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely chopped ham
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, cut butter and cheese spread into flour until well blended. Add water and toss with a fork until a ball forms. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Press tablespoonfuls onto the bottom and up the sides of greased miniature muffin cups. , In a bowl, beat the egg, milk and salt. Stir in ham and cheese. Spoon a rounded teaspoonful into each shell.
