- Gather the ingredients. If using your own icing, prepare and place in a piping back with a small round tip.
- If using ready-made icing, check the instructions on the back of the icing pack, you may need to pop the pouch in hot water for a minute or two to soften it before using. Once ready to use, fit a small round tip onto the icing pack.
- Moving back and forth in a rough zig-zag pattern, pipe lines of icing over a Ritz cracker. It doesn't matter how messy the lines are, as long as there are plenty of them!
