Steps:
- Arrange slices of bread on foil lined cookie sheet.
- Cut the hot dogs length wise so they lay flat.
- Put four hot dog halves (2 hot dogs total) on each slice of bread.
- Spoon chilli on top of hot dogs.
- Put a piece of sliced cheese on top of chilli.
- Sprinkle cheese with chilli powder.
- Bake in oven for 15-20 minute at 350.
