Steps:
- In saucepan gradually mix broth into flour, powder and pepper until smooth.
- Over med.
- heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in yogurt.
- Toss w/pasta and 4 tbsp cheese.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley (optional) and remaining cheese.
GUILT-FREE ALFREDO SAUCE
For a reduced fat sauce this is pretty darn good! Add in some cooked broccoli or peas if desired, serve this over cooked pasta, fettuccine work well with this! .

Steps:
- In a small skillet heat oil over medium heat; add in onion and saute for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned; add in the garlic and chili flakes the last 2 minutes of cooking (the onions must be lightly browned!).
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan whisk/stir together milk, chicken broth, flour and black pepper over low heat until smooth, thickened and heated though.
- Add the the onion/garlic mixture to the prepared sauce; mix until heated through.
- Add/mix in Parmesan cheese and season with salt if desired.
- Serve over cooked pasta.
GLUTEN FREE ALFREDO SAUCE
This is basically normal alfredo sauce but lots of the alfredo sauce that is canned in stores has modified food starch in it which is no good for a gluten free diet. So this is what my aunt came up with and is so delicious. Its good to add to rice noodles and chicken or put on gluten free pizza crust or in rice noodle alfredo lasagna. This really works with anything and is a good Gluten Free base. Buckwheat noodles are the best with this but I have only found them on sale once. Rice noodles are very cheap at the local Chinese market in all shapes and sizes. I also use this in rice alfredo casserol. If you come up with any more ideas let me know.

- I would Heat all together on med-low until smooth and creamy.
- According to my husband you do the following : Melt butter first then smash cream cheese into the butter. Add cheese and milk last.
- Add more milk to make more smooth. Start with 1/2 cup first then add to more to make desired texture.
