Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Add ground beef to a large pan over medium high heat and begin to cook till no longer pink about 5-6 minutes, breaking it up into small bits. Once cooked through, drain any excess fat and add the spices, stirring over medium heat till well-combined. Add 1/3 cup of water and bring to a simmer, until almost all the water has cooked off. Mix corn with the beef to defrost, or cook separately in the same pan once the beef is removed.
- Cover a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Place the tortilla chips on top, then sprinkle with shredded American cheese. Layer the ground beef, beans, and corn. Bake for about 7-8 minutes until the cheese has melted.
- Add the fresh toppings - cilantro, peppers, green onions, radish, and any sauces and serve immediately!

Perfect party food! --- this is one of my all time favorite nacho recipes that I have made many times in the past, and I guarantee you will love this! --- all amounts may be adjusted to taste and double the recipe if desired but keep the garlic no more than 2 tablespoons, if you really want to go all out add in a can of drained black beans to the ground beef mixture! 1/2 pound Italian sausages with casings removed can be mixed with the ground beef if desired, to turn up the heat use a package of taco seasoning mix or spicy salsa and add in cayenne or dried chili flakes --- for the best flavor make certain to brown the meat well :)

- Arrange a mixture of 2 varieties of corn chips on a very large platter or use your broiler pan as a platter.
- Combine salsa ingredients in a bowl and set aside for flavors to marry.
- Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add oil, garlic, onion and peppers to the pan and saute 2 minutes, then add meat and crumble with wooden spoon. - Preheat the oven at 400 degrees.
- Meanwhile on the stovetop, brown the ground beef and diced onions over medium-high heat until fully cooked (about 8 minutes) and drain.
- Return the beef to the pan, and sprinkle on the taco seasoning.
- Stir in 3/4 cup water, bring it to a simmer, reduce heat and simmer until the liquid mostly evaporates, about 5 minutes.
- While the beef is cooking, add a generous layer of chips to two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup if desired.
- In a large skillet or non-stick frying pan heat the olive oil to medium-high temperature. Once shimmering and just beginning to smoke, add the diced white onion and saute for 2-3 minutes. The onion should get fragrant, tender, and become transparent. Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and saute with the onion for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

- Up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, preheat the microwave oven.
- Turn on the stove and put on a cooking pan. Add butter and then add ground beef. Add onions and on medium fake, cook them. Turn off the heat when beef turns brown and onions become soft. It will take 8 minutes to cook. Drain the oil.
- Again put the beef in the pan and add taco seasoning.
- Add in ¾ cup of water, and let it simmer. Low the flame and again let it simmer until 90% water evaporates. It will take 5 minutes.
- Take a baking sheet, lay butter paper and add a layer of chips.
