GRILLED LEMON CHERRY DROP MARTINI
A recipe for Grilled Lemon Cherry Drop Martini. Lemons are grilled to enhance the flavor then the juice is shaken with vodka, cherry syrup, and ice.

Steps:
- Heat grill to medium-high. Cut lemons in half and brush cut sides with olive oil.
- If grilled lemon slices are desired for garnishing, cut a lemon into 1/3-inch slices and brush one side with olive oil.
- Grill lemons cut side down until charred, about 3 minutes for lemon halves and 1 minute for slices.
- Squeeze and strain the juice from the lemon halves.
- Combine 1 1/2 ounces grilled lemon juice, vodka, and cherry syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, cover, and shake vigorougly.
- Pour and strain shaken mixture into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with grilled lemon slices if desired.
BLUE LEMON DROP MARTINI
For a sweeter cocktail, rim your chilled martini glass with sugar. Also, maybe try it with citrus vodka.

- Pre-chill martini glass in freezer. Rim glass with sugar, if desired. Pour into a martini shaker, the vodka, blue curacao and lemonade. Fill with 1 cup ice and shake until well chilled.
- Pour into chilled martini glass and garnish with lemon slice.

- Chill martini glasses in freezer for at least 10 minutes prior to serving.
- Place Vodka, Triple Sec, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker with 4-5 ice cubes and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Run the lemon twist around the edge of the chilled martini glass and dunk in a small amount of sugar for a coated rim.
- Pour the strained martini into the chilled glasses and serve.
