GREEN GODDESS SALAD DRESSING
This classic salad dressing includes mayonnaise, anchovies, vinegar, green onion, garlic, parsley, tarragon and chives. It can be prepared in a blender or food processor and is good served as a dressing for steamed artichokes, a seafood salad, or as a sauce over broiled fish. (If you don't have fresh tarragon, you can use 1/4 teaspoon dried, instead.)

CHEF JOHN'S GREEN GODDESS DRESSING
This creamy, herby, addictively delicious sauce is not only my favorite salad dressing, but is one of my favorite dips as well. You can of course tweak the acidity with more or less lemon, as well as play with the salt and pepper, but please do not change the trio of herbs. The way the parsley and chive play against the sweet tarragon makes this unlike any other herb dressing.

GREEN GODDESS DRESSING (LOW FAT)
This Bon Appétit Magazine recipe (March 2002) packs a lot of flavour but is very low in calories. It is great on green salads, sliced tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, or as a dip. You can substitute the yogurt for nonfat sour cream. Makes about 1 1/4 cups. (Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)

GREEN GODDESS-CHIVE SALAD DRESSING
I have tryed many Green Goddess dressings this one has become my favorite, I have listed low-fat mayo and sour cream of coarse you may go the full-fat route --- plan ahead the dressing needs to chill for at least 4 hours before using even better if left for 24 hours, cooking time is chilling time --- for a nice change try this in a pasta salad in place of just mayonnaise, do not thin with buttermilk if using for a pasta salad :)

ARUGULA MACADAMIA SALAD WITH VEGAN GREEN GODDESS DRESSING
This recipe is from the Publix flyer that comes in our local paper, it is suggested to serve this with Sun-Dried Tomato Artichoke Chicken. That recipe is also listed as well. I have also included a low fat recipe for goddess dressing from http://blog.fatfreevegan.com. I am still waiting to try this but trying to save newspaper recipes can be so hard so it is here for safe keeping and for everyone to try.
