Steps:
- Place all of the vinaigrette dressing ingredients into a small jug or jar and whisk together for a few seconds, until combined.
- Place all of the salad ingredients into a large serving bowl and toss together.
- Serve the salad dressing with the salad.

This bright and vibrant dressing has evolved since it originated in 1920s California. Earlier versions contained tarragon, anchovies, Worcestershire or avocados. Our reimagined classic is full of fresh, tender herbs, lemon and a balanced blend of yogurt and mayonnaise.

Steps:
- Add the yogurt, mayonnaise, basil, dill, parsley, chives, garlic, lemon zest, juice, vinegar, 1 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to a blender. Puree until smooth, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula as needed. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days; stir well before using.
GREEN SALAD WITH DRESSING
Steps:
- Whisk together juice, honey, vinegar, and garlic. Add oil in a slow stream, whisking until emulsified. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss together mangoes, romaine, and cucumber with dressing, to taste.

- In a small heavy skillet, melt butter. Add almonds and cook over medium heat until toasted, about 4 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until sugar is melted. Spread on foil to cool., For dressing, in a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar and brown sugar. Chill until serving., For salad, in a large bowl, combine the lettuce, peppers and green onions. Add dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with rice noodles, sunflower kernels and almonds. Serve immediately.

VINAIGRETTE FOR GREEN SALAD
Steps:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, garlic, vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. While whisking, slowly add the olive oil until the vinaigrette is emulsified.
- Place the salad greens in a medium bowl and add enough dressing to moisten. Sprinkle with a little extra salt and pepper, if desired, and serve immediately.
GREEN COMPANY SALAD DRESSING
This is a great, light salad dressing. It is a recipe that I got from my mother-in-law and it is one of my favorites. I am one who generally likes creamier dressings and stays away from the oil based dressings so it's worth a try even if you aren't generally a big fan of this type of dressing. I think it tastes way better than the bottled dressing you buy in the store, even the creamy stuff!

- Place salt in bowl and rub hard with the fresh garlic until the garlic disappears.
- Add mustard, pepper, and oil; mix well.
