Steps:
- Blend all ingredients except beans with salt and pepper to taste in a blender until a coarse purée.
- Cook beans in boiling salted water until crisp-tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl of ice and cold water to stop cooking, then drain well.
- Toss beans with half of pesto, or to taste.

- Put the pecans in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add the basil, parsley, garlic, lemon zest and 1/4 teaspoon salt and pulse until finely chopped. Add the Parmesan and pulse to combine. With the motor running, slowly pour in the oil and process until combined. Transfer to a bowl.

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- For the pesto: In a food processor, combine the basil, parsley, cheese, pine nuts, garlic and lemon zest and blend. With the motor running, stream in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- For the gnocchi with pole beans: Blanch the beans briefly in the boiling water. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add the gnocchi to the boiling water and cook to al dente according to the package directions. Drain.
- In a large nonstick pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shallots and gnocchi and saute until golden brown. Add the beans and turn the heat down to medium. Add the butter, lemon zest and juice and 2 tablespoons of the pesto. Cook until the beans are just tender. Season as needed.
- Divide the gnocchi among 4 dishes and top with the pea greens, a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of flaky sea salt and Parmigiano-Reggiano.

- Make pesto: Bring 2 cups water to a simmer in a small saucepan. Add basil, and submerge with a spoon; immediately drain in a colander. In a blender, combine basil, pecans, garlic, lemon juice, oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, and 1/4 cup water; blend until smooth. Set aside.
- Make salad: In a large saucepan, cover potatoes with salted water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer until tender when pierced with the tip of a paring knife, about 15 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon (reserve pan of water). When cool enough to handle, cut potatoes into quarters; place in a large bowl.
- While potatoes are cooling, return reserved water to a boil. Add green beans; cook until crisp-tender, 4 to 6 minutes. Drain well; transfer to bowl with potatoes. Add pesto, and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper; serve immediately.

- Transfer to bowl of ice water and cool. Drain and pat dry. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.).
