5-Minute Healthy Greek Frozen Yogurt image

Who says dessert can't be healthy? Blend your way to the ultimate recipe for 5-Minute Healthy Greek Frozen Yogurt!

4 cups frozen fruit
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons honey

Steps:

  • In the bowl of a food processor, combine the frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract and honey. Process the mixture until it is creamy, about 5 minutes. (See Kelly's Notes.)
  • Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and freeze it until ready to serve.

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon ground tandoori spice mix
1/4 cup honey
1 cup all-natural granola cereal
1 cup small diced fresh fruit, such as pineapple, bananas, kiwi, berries (or a combination)
1 cup freeze-dried fruit, such as pineapple, bananas, berries, mango (or a combination)
8 small fresh fresh cilantro stems (optional)
8 fresh basil leaves, torn (optional)
8 fresh mint leaves, torn (optional)

Steps:

  • Divide the yogurt among four small serving bowls.
  • In a small dry skillet set over low heat, toast the tandoori spice mix until very fragrant, about 3 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat and add the honey. Using a wooden spoon, stir to combine.
  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon of warm spiced honey over the yogurt in each bowl. Divide the granola and fruit among the bowls and set aside. Garnish each serving with the basil and mint, if using, and serve immediately.

170g Greek yogurt
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
200g diced tropical fruit and passion fruit seeds, to serve

Steps:

  • Put everything except the fresh fruit in a food processor and blend. Scoop straight into bowls, or tip into a container and freeze if you want to serve it later. Serve with the fresh tropical fruit and spoon over the passion fruit seeds.
