SLOW COOKER GOLFERS CHICKEN

- Place the chicken in a crock pot. In a bowl, stir together the onion soup mix, salad dressing, and apricot jam. Mix well. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken and sauce over rice, if desired.

- Wash the chicken, pat dry. slightly overlap in glass dish.
- Spoon and spread 1 tablespoon or more of the sauce over each piece. Bake/slow cook at 225°F for 4 to 5 hours or it can be done for 1 hour at 350°F.
