Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, onion powder and baking powder. Stir in onion and cheese. Whisk together milk, egg and butter. Pour into flour mixture and stir until all of the flour mixture is moistened.
- 2. Spoon mixture evenly into greased muffin tins. A heaping tablespoon to start, once all tins are full, if you have leftover batter - evenly distribute between each muffin. I then sprinkle each top with extra cheese.
- 3. Bake for 20 minutes or until pick inserted into center comes out clean. Best served fresh from oven.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 12 large muffin cups.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda together in a large mixing bowl; stir Cheddar cheese into the flour mixture. Pour yogurt, eggs, and butter over the flour mixture; stir until the dry ingredients are just moistened. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the tops just start to lightly brown, 18 to 20 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, Italian seasoning, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, whisk egg, buttermilk, oil and garlic until blended. - Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Butter the insides and the top of a regular muffin pan (1/3 cup).
- In large bowl thoroughly combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- In medium bowl, beat the egg.
- Beat in the milk and the melted butter.
- Combine with the dry ingredients until just evenly moistened.
- Do not overmix.
- Stir in 1 cup of cheese.
- Immediately spoon the batter into the muffin pan.
- Evenly sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the muffins.
- Bake 17 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean.
- Best served warm.

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a standard 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners. Set aside.
- In a pan set over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the onions and cook for 3-5 minutes, until tender. Stir in paprika, garlic powder and sun dried tomatoes and cook until fragrant. Turn off heat and add all of the spinach. Stir and allow the spinach to wilt.
