- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown your ground beef, drain and set aside
- Peel and slice potatoes and set aside.
- Combine the cream of mushroom soups, milk, salt and pepper
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray.
- Layer half of the potatoes, beef, soup, and cheese in the 9X13 pan. Then repeat. Make sure that your last layer is the shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil from the pan and bake another 30 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
- Allow it to sit for 10 minutes at room temperature for the sauce to thicken. Then cut and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Lightly grease 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Brown ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Drain.
- Wipe out skillet with a paper towel if needed (to remove grease) and add ground beef back to skillet.
- Add in pasta sauce and mix well. Stir in pasta until incorporated. (Gently mix if using gluten-free pasta that's on the fragile side.)
- Over medium to medium-high heat, quickly bring the mixture to a boil. Stir, reduce heat to low and simmer for a few minutes, stirring as needed, until mixture is evenly heated.
- Spoon half of your mixture into the bottom of your baking dish.
- Add cheese, distributing evenly over---and completely covering---the meat layer.
- Add pepperoni slices, distributing evenly over the cheese layer.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Serve.

While the pasta is draining, place the cream cheese in the bottom of the stock pot used for the pasta and warm it up to melt. Pour in the milk and the crushed garlic; continue stirring to melt the cream cheese. Mix in 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese until melted. Add in the pasta and mix well with the cheese. GLUTEN FREE HAMBURGER HELPER-CASSEROLE
I searched all over the internet for a gluten free version of hamburger helper/casserole. I ended up making my own and came up with something delicious! My DH is gluten-intolerant and a very picky eater so I had to keep it simple. I think it could be even better with stewed tomatoes added in, even chili beans if you want to lean more towards a Chili Mac type casserole. Add some crushed gluten-free crackers on top for some crunch. Enjoy!

- Brown ground meat.
- While browning add salt, pepper and onions to meat.
- Boil your macaroni noodles according to package.
- Mix the cheese powder included with the noodles according to package and set aside.
- When meat is done add taco mix, according to package, mix well.
- Let meat simmer until liquid is evaporated. (add cheese wedge or a tablespoon of cream cheese if you would like).
- When noodles are done drain and rinse them off.
- Add the noodles to a casserole dish and add cheese mix that was included in the box, stir.
- Add mozzarella cheese and stir. (don't worry if it doesn't all melt).
- Add the meat mixture into the casserole dish and stir gently til combined.
- Add the sharp cheddar cheese on top.
- Cook at 350 degrees until hot and cheese is melted.

- Brown the hamburger and drain.
- While the hamburger is cooking, combine the soup and the sour cream. (also add the mozzerella to the soup and sour cream mixure if you choose to use it).
- Combine the soup mixture with the cooked hamburger.
- Spread the beef mixture at the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 pan.
- Top with an even layer of tater tots, pressing the tater tots slightly into the beef mixture.
