don't have time to slave over the stove for a quick healthy vegetbale side dish that happens to come out of a can; glory has a healthier version of their now famous canned goods. i personally don't like too many canned food veggies, however i've cooked these a few times and they were great, when i was in a pinch.

- 1. put oil in a heated pan. fry up turkey bacon or turkey sausage. add chopped onion and chopped garlic to bacon. sautee for 2 minutes or so. add greens and simmer for a few minutes...these are quick and easy...these greens are healthy and tasty!!!

- Add garlic and broccoli and saute for about 3minutes. Next add spinach and stir until wilted, about 5 minutes. Add beans and peas and stir until heated through.
- Add spices and broth and then puree with an immersion blender to desired consistency. I like to do it until the soup is about three-quarters pureed so there is still some texture there. You can also make this soup in your blender but it is about double the capacity of a normal blender so do it in two batches.
