Steps:
- Cut kielbasa into 2-inch slices. Place in a large skillet with the ginger ale (regular, this does not work with diet ginger ale).
- Bring to boil, then reduce heat to medium. Do not cover pan.
- After 15 to 20 minutes, ginger ale will be reduced and start to caramelize.
- WATCH CAREFULLY because you don't want it to burn.
- At this point, keep stirring until chunks are glazed.
- Serve on a platter with toothpicks inserted. They are sticky and yummy!

BROWN SUGAR GLAZED KIELBASA (ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS!)
Steps:
- In a nonstick skillet, add sausage and brown over medium high heat for about 4-5 minutes. Pour coca-cola and brown sugar into the skillet. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium low.
- Stir and simmer anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes. (All stoves are different. On my stove, it takes about 30 minutes for these to caramelize. I've made these at friends' houses and it has taken 10 minutes. You have to eye ball it. You know your stove better than I do. What you're looking for is a thick, caramelized consistency so keep stirring until it becomes a thick glaze.)
- Once the cola and brown sugar mixture become a glaze over the sliced sausages, remove the skillet from the heat. Transfer sausages to a plate and let cool for 10 minutes before serving. The sausages will be VERY HOT, please be careful. Enjoy!

SIMPLE GLAZED KIELBASA
I found this on Pinterest, followed to a cute blog called Creating Through Life. I made it and it is simple, fairly quick and that is what I like. I love sausage any way you can cook it. I made two pounds of sausage so we would have leftovers for another night during the week.

Steps:
- Cut the kielbasa into 3/8" thick slices at an angle .
- Heat a non stick pan to a medium high heat, or if you don't have a non-stick can add a bit of cooking oil. Add sausage slices and cook until desired look.
- Add just a splash of white wine to coat the bottom of the pan. Probably a 1/2 cup.
- Add a handful of brown sugar, 1/4 cup will work. More or less you decide.
- Add mustard to sausage pieces. I used Dijon mustard, my preference to mustard. Add some dry parsley, about a 1/2 teaspoons more or less.
- Stir and let the sausages cook for about 10 minutes on low. These ingredients will thicken quickly.
- Do not over cook or the sauce will burn easily.
- So good, so simple.

Steps:
- 1. Soak your toothpicks in water for 20 minutes before baking. Be sure to use plain ( not colored) toothpicks. I learned from experience that the colored toothpicks will bleed and discolor the food. 2.Preheat oven to 425 F. degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 3. Place a piece of pineapple in tip of a slice of kielbasa and place on the parchment lined pan. (I wait to put the toothpicks in until after I glaze. The reason being that if you get glaze on the tops of the toothpicks, it will burn in the oven.) 4. In a small bowl combine glaze ingredients.*** Glaze the kielbasa and pineapple bites. Stick each portion with a plain toothpick. 5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until hot. Let cool slightly and serve warm. *** I made extra batch of sauce for dipping.

- Preaheat oven to 400. Cut the kielbasa into 1/4-1/2 inch slices. Place single file on a cookie sheet. Bake the bottoms of the kielbasa until slightly brown, then flip over to brown the other side. When brown on both sides, take them out of the oven. (I do them all in 2 batches). Set aside.
- If eating within an hour or so, add the brown sugar, mustards, red pepper powder/chili powder to the crock pot, and mix well.
- Turn on the crock pot to high, add the kielbasa, and let the sauce get hot. When the sauce starts to boil, turn the heat down to low. Every once in awhile mix up the kielbasa into the sauce so the flavors blend.
- NOTE: If you are not eating right away, wait to put the kielbasa into the crock pot. About 1 hour before serving, mix up the ingredients in the crock pot, and put heat on high, and bring to a boil. Add the kielbasa, and when everything is heated through, turn the heat down to low until ready to serve. Every once in awhile mix up the kielbasa into the sauce so the flavors blend.
