GINA'S RED CARPET COCKTAILS

Steps:

• Add 1 1/2 ounces of the vodka to each champagne flute. Top with 1 1/2 ounces of the pomegranate juice and 1 tablespoon of the lime juice. Add the Champagne or sparkling wine and a cherry to each flute for a sweet garnish.

GINA'S PINK PIGITINI

Steps:

• Place the sugar in a small shallow dish. Coat the rims of chilled martini glasses with water. Dip the rims in the sugar and set aside.
• Combine vanilla vodka, cranberry juice, and grapefruit juice into a large pitcher filled with ice and stir well. Pour into the glasses and garnish with a grapefruit slice.

Steps:

• Add all ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with maraschino cherry.;

GINA'S LOVE POTION

Steps:

• Add the cranberry juice, orange liquor and pear brandy to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into two champagne flutes and top with Champagne.

PINK LADY COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Put two coupe or cocktail glasses in the fridge to chill. Pour the gin and grenadine into a cocktail shaker, then fill with ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels ice-cold. Strain the mixture into a jug, discarding the ice.
• Tip the egg white into the shaker and pour in the gin mixture. Shake well until the egg white is frothy - you can also do this in a food processor or using a hand blender, if you like. Pour the cocktail into the prepared glasses. Skewer the cherries onto cocktail sticks, if using, then use to garnish the glasses along with the pared lemon zest, if you like.
